Former FBI Director James Comey is expected to be indicted on criminal charges in the coming days in federal court in Virginia, MSNBC reported Wednesday.

The expected indictment comes on the heels of a top prosecutor resigning under pressure after opposing the filing of charges against Comey, who for years has been a target of President Donald Trump’s ire.

MSNBC reporter Ken Dilanian, in a post on X, said Comey is expected to be indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia, according to three people familiar with the matter.

Alex Jones, yes Alex Jones-- said that they have had these indictments for 5 weeks and the attorney that was fired refused.

Fox News: a jury has NOT voted on a GJ charge in the eastern district of VA. DOJ refuses comments. GJ is secret so I think Comey's cronies leaked it to MSNBC to gain support and maybe taint the charges.

If they have Comey wrapped up in the larger Grand Conspiracy investigation, then letting the lying to Congress charges slide is fine by me. In that scenario, Mr. Corney has more than enough to say grace over. Lying to Congresscritters who tell more falsehoods than he could ever on his best day will be the least of his concerns at that point.
