Racial diversity has historically been a failure.

Bold move, Ford.

Diversity of creative thought has no relationship to diversity of skin color and sexual preference.

The head Fed regulator overseeing SVB wasn't really a banker and only wanted to push DEI and "climate change." SVB had 4 women on its board because they were women even though they had no banking qualifications and were also big in to ESG, DEI and doing something about "climate change." SVB didn't have a risk assessment officer.

Given an unprecedented 5 near airport collisions, I suspect that the same thing is going on in hiring air traffic controllers. Yikes.

I can’t think of one single thing that was made better by pushing diversity

Unfortunately, I believe that until diversity or inequality has touched someone personally, people do not become "true believers."
