100% Caucasian at my poll at 7am with approximately 50 in attendance. The Parish is 95% Caucasian, so this doesn't surprise me.

There were 50 or so votes against the Incumbent.

Two white men ahead of me, one white lady in front of me, and a black lady behind me. I was #123 at my precinct at 10:30 this morning.

Went to vote around 2. During the first election it was heavy turnout with a lot of minorities. Today there was nothing but middle aged whites voting.

Only one person in line in front of me. Only Canadian I saw was a poll worker. My polling site has very few EBT card holders who vote there. As a matter fact I have never seen one. My Dad told me no one was there when he went.

Orleans Parish will have 125% turnout.

I'm in Orleans, my precinct is typically 50-50, workers at my polling location told me that they had less than half of the voters that they had on the original Election Day.

Apparently, you are unfamiliar with Orleans Parish voting rules. Mary's votes come in after the polls close and after all other parishes have submitted their totals - they need to know exactly how many dead votes Mary needs to put her over the top.

I'm aware of what he was referring to, I was just sharing my experience at the poll today. I voted twice, so hopefully those cancel out some of the dead votes.

I was a victim of attempted disenfranchisement when I had to show photo ID though.

The perp was a black woman. Why does she hate old white men?

I voted at a very "white" precinct in Baton Rouge. I saw no other black people or ethnic minorities there but I did see a few women. They tried to disenfranchise me by telling me that a military id wasn't proper identification. I told them that it was absurd if they were saying that an ID that requires much more scrutiny than a state id didn't prove who I was. Things began to get a bit animated, when they called over this old white woman who said, "did she verify her address?" "Let her vote."

I'm not joking at all. An address isn't listed on a military Id and my purse is full of crap and I just throw stuff in it. So, when I couldn't find my DL, I just grabbed my military id. They said I couldnt use it bc it didn't have an address listed.

I didn't have my DL when I early voted. They ask me some questions like my mother's maiden name and SS number, had me sign a form and let me vote.

Well, that wasn't my experience. However before I could raise too much sand, they called someone over. Maybe she was the boss, anyway, she told the workers to allow me to vote. I don't know if it was because they really thought you couldn't use an ID without the address listed or if it was because I was black. Whatever the cause, it was a real insult to my husband who is the sponsor. Federal ID trumps state anytime.

I wanted to add there are not the usual groups of people waving signs, etc in NOLA. No sign it was election day there that I saw and I drove through central city, down Claiborne, all the usual places.

saw a group at the intersection of Carrolton and Earhart. That was it. I saw a bunch of people with sings on the north shore but all like DA candidates or something like that.

I didn't know it was illegal but I did know that it's idiotic to say that a federal Id doesn't prove identity but a state one does. Anyway, I guess no harm no foul, I was able to vote in the end.

I voted in western St Tammany. The workers there said that they had a great turn out. No need to mention Demographics because I already said I was in western St Tammany.

Wife and I voted late in Maurepas. They said they had been steady all day but not as busy at the last election. As they were flipping through the roll book, it appeared to be slightly less than 50% of the people on the rolls voted.
