Not shoot a mother 3 times in the head as she’s fleeing the scene.
Based off of what we have been hearing about how those lovely mothers treated the children, this officer may have saved the lives of those 3 kids as well. An incredible hero indeed. I’m assuming the children were your concern in that comment, or was it the usual gay shite you like pull like “Maryland dad”
You don’t have to answer that ;)

Here ya go junior. Tell me what you think.
Did he mention anything that claims or implies he had no right to defend himself vs a car accelerating in his direction while a lady is telling her to drive? Because thats the only relevant factor here. Either she was accelerating in his direction or not.

All these fricks are up in arms now all across the country.
Documenting their mass insanity isn’t a bad thing. This isn’t going to be a winter of love thing. This will be mostly Transtifa. Regular black folks don’t give a shite about a lesbian suiciding by cop.

Safe to assume he did NOT provide any facts that disprove the most relevant factS of the matter:
1. The lady was resisting detainment for impeding a federal operation.
2. The lady was accelerating towards an officer.

You could have just said "No, the relevant facts of the matter were not disputed".

He should have finished taking that last half step to the right that he was taking anyway, and not shot anyone. That is what the jury is going to say, too.

Then he'll also have to explain how he could see her moving the gear (which most likely is by the cupholders and not in his view) but he couldn't see her clearly rotating the wheel (which would definitely be in view) to steer the car away from him...
You’re wrong about almost everything that you’ve posted in this thread.
You’re creating multiple hypotheticals and it’s just not how anything works.
You’re a dumbfrick.

Got out of her way which ever that was and call the pd. they would have taken care of her.

There are established policies and procedures for the use of force with any law enforcement agency.
I still maintain that when ICE or another armed law enforcement agency issues a directive to halt, compliance is critical for the safety of all involved parties. The incident in question is profoundly regrettable, and the resulting loss of life is significant. It is important to note that adherence to instructions at the scene may have prevented this outcome.
Either way, I listened to this interview. A retired federal agent with 25 years of experience in gun-related cases explains Ross's actions on CBS.

There were many options he could have done. Probably shoot her tires out
Found another loon who’s watched too many movies.
This is real life, it isn’t Hollywood fantasy land where the crack shot gumshoe uses his .38 to blow out a tire on a moving vehicle or shoot a pistol out of a bad guys hand.

So you can legally kill someone for trying to get away ???
This ignorance is why our country is split like it is! Pickwick is a nitwit..no one says a person trying to get away should be shot and killed.
But she wasn't simply trying to get away in this case, she was accelerating her vehicle while an ICE agent was standing in front of the vehicle and another was telling her to get out of the car. She had no regard for the agent in front of her and therefore, she provoked any action that resulted.
Here's the talk that black folks were telling their kids long ago...obey the law, when they tell you to get out, get out!
