And to your question that I “won’t ever answer”: plenty of people in this country don’t share the same culture, religion, values, or way of life. That has been true since the colonies.
But they share at least one of them, which was his point that you ignored.
If they don't share any of those things, why should they be here?

It’d be a shame if people stopped by and left them an upper decker.

You're just falling for bullshite narratives. People love to reference my housekeeper, who gets paid by multiple families to provide a service. But you want to pretend she doesn't want to be productive in our society? She's a parasite? You can't have it both ways. Dehumanizing language might feel good, but using that kind of language is more of a reflection of you than anyone else.

I don't give a damn about your housekeeper. I never said a word about her. She should have come here the legal way if she didn't.
I'm talking about people like the owners of this store that evade taxes.

They can, and should be able to, refuse that service- legally.
But law doesn't cover FAFO.
As long as the FO part is done by members of the public and not the judiciary or law enforcement.... I say release the hounds.

Yes. They are. Someone making a statement on a message board versus showing up and violently attacking police and patriot counter protesters, or you know... shooting conservatives they disagree with in the neck or shooting little Christian kids up in Christian schools are not even in the same ballpark... You stupid fricking libtard c unt.

You’re suggesting “lightly bullying” people out of a country as if that’s a normal or acceptable civic strategy. That alone should make everyone pause.
And to your question that I “won’t ever answer”: plenty of people in this country don’t share the same culture, religion, values, or way of life. That has been true since the colonies.
If anything, your comment proves that the real threat to shared values is people who think social cohesion is achieved by harassing anyone who doesn’t fit their preferred mold. I’m not sure how that aligns with the “American values” you think you’re defending.
That's three paragraphs without answering the question.
Should people who don't have interest in the dominant values, religion, ethical standards, norms, mores, languages, etc. of a given place live there?
Why should my tax dollars be joined (or not) with those of people from 7000 miles away who don't look, act, pray, worship, raise children, socialize, educate, celebrate, entertain, etc. like my family does (and like most Americans have historically)? How does that make sense? What are we trying to accomplish by forcing awkward puzzle pieces together when a simplistic and healthy solution exists?
The reality is the you're patterned to revulsion at the concept of it making sense for people to live around people like them. Which is dumb, but hard to escape from, apparently.
If a study showed spouses tend to enjoy marriage and life more when their spouse is of the same faith, around the same age, speaks the same language, celebrates the same value set - you'd go "well that's obvious."
When most of the world and most nations in world history do it - it's fine. When it's the modern West, it's somehow backwards.

“Should” is such a loaded and presumptuous word. It assumes someone is entitled to decide who belongs and who doesn’t based on their personal comfort level. That's not how things work here - and, ironically, speaks to the OP. You seem to have a problem with the store owners deciding who doesn't belong in their store based on their own values.
Your second paragraph is basically saying you don’t want your tax dollars pooled with people who aren’t culturally identical to you. But that’s how collective governance works. You want an ethnostate, which has never described America.
You comparing this to marriage compatibility is bizarre. Marriage is a voluntary one-on-one relationship. Nations are millions of people, all contributing and coexisting, none of whom get to handpick everyone else who lives near them. Your analogy actually proves the opposite of what you think it does.

Aren't the owners of this place the ones who the DOJ indicted and the jury found them somehow not guilty despite the DOJ having a mountain of evidence against them?
