FLU in the US. 19 MILLION this season. 180,000 hospitalizations....10,000 dead

For those of you predicting asinine numbers of dead.
The CDC estimates there will be 9.7 MILLION cases of Flu this year. 180,000 hospitalizations and 10,000 deaths
We have had, thus far, about 400 cases of coronavirus in the US and hell, not even all of those started here.
That shite better turn in to the most contagious fricking virus in world history if it hopes to catch up to the FLU because it could have a 100% mortality rate at this point, and lose huge.
If I really have to fricking spell it out beyond the above, you're goddamned hopeless.
We are witnessing fricking mass hysteria driven by completely irresponsible media all over the world.
frick, just imagine if EVERY ONE of those goddamned 10K who died from the Flu made the fricking CNN evening news.

I've said this several times now.
I'm heading to Vegas with over 100K attending the same industry show I am next week, plus playing some poker touching cards that many others have.
I will wash hands and always have used sanitizer playing poker. Otherwise, game on.

What you don’t seem to appreciate is people who die from COVID-19 are deader than people who die from the flu.

The point isn't the comparison idiot. The point is you're in a dead panic and, if the news had spend the last 3 months reporting the number of dead from the flu every night, you'd be on your 50th pair of underwear by now.

This post actually makes me worry more.. seeing as how, even with a vaccine for flu each year, we still have 19million cases, 180K hospitalizations, and 10k deaths.
