At the very least, Mr. Fonda should be detained for questioning and a psych evaluation performed because you don't know how his mental health could affect his actions.

Like most Progs, he seems to be unhinged. Lock him up for a 30 day eval.

Do you know what a stipulated removal is?

Feel free to explain its relevance since you are obviously just here to play the role of pedant.

Stipulated removal occurs when a noncitizen who is facing removal proceedings and is scheduled for a hearing with an immigration judge signs a document stipulating that he/she is waiving the right to trial and to appeal, and is prepared to beremoved immediately.

I am not a threat to anyone, but I cannot yell fire on a plane.

You cannot have people in positions of public following and have them openly ask for harm to the Presidents son. That's a felony

And a non famous person would be interviewed and have their arse turned inside out had they said this about Obama or Trump.

The same should happen to celebrities

Did you expect there would be? I mean we've had tweeted bribes that resulted in no action, we've had "jokes" about assassinating the POTUS, nothing done, we've now "jokes" about kidnapping the first son, nothing will be done.

Trump is THE single worst fascist in the history of fascism.

So, in review, actually separating families: totally fine

Im for loading each member of the family in a super catapult individually and launching them in different directions back over the border.

Methinks you mean the trebuchet?

But back to my question because mental illness can carry the risk of acting out against others. We've seen this in the homosexual night club, the high school, the church shootings of the recent past. Is the threat being taken seriously?

So you won't be calling the law the next time you need them? Thanks for saving us some money.

No, I won't be calling "the law" over something on Twitter.

Mrs. Trump did the right thing by asking the Secret Service to look into the matter.

Both she and her son are high profile individuals and the twitter universe is populated by unhinged nuts.

Any urging to do them harm should be investigated.

Do they have to bring on extra Secret Service agents to investigate?
