Depends of the part of the state you're talking about. The southern part of Louisiana is one of the worst hit areas in the nation. BUT I suspect you want to ignore this FACT.

Ours expires Monday. I think we will see a partial reboot come Monday.

Why would I? That was my point.
Same for Miami. Jax will open up before south Florida due to their larger volume of cases and higher per capita of cases.
FL per capita cases = 129
LA per capita cases = 533

I'm OK if states want to handle it this way, but so far that hasn't been the case. Governors have been planning to reopen STATES and not AREAS.

I don’t think you’ll see that in Florida.
Miami is still battling it.
Jax not so much.
The cases by zip code are very interesting and show you why people are tired of this.

Eddie Rispone would have reopened Louisiana, but JBE stole the election through fraud. Just coincidence that the state’s computer systems were all hacked and shut down two days after the election and the state’s head IT person’s house mysteriously caught fire. They had precincts all over the state recording higher black turnout than for Obama with higher percentages voting for Edwards than had for Obama. shite stinks to high heaven.

But what are those number for the last 14 days. I'm lazy and don't feel like looking.
