Agreed. Are you aware of the process of admission being granted and what happens to the individual once admission is granted? Do you have ANY evidence these specific individuals were granted admission? If they were not granted admission, do you have an issue with this story?

If these migrants are being placed by immigration or Department of Health officials to a residential location inside the border that is not a detention center, they have been granted at least temporary entry and residence, and they are not "illegal."

That isn’t how the process works. Once someone is detained they are either given a court date and released, removed, or admitted. If given a court date or admitted they are walked out the front door if within one mile of a public transportation station. If over one mile they are taken to a public transportation center. They are not put on chartered flights. So I ask again, do you have ANY evidence these individuals were admitted?
Children waiting removal proceedings or granted temporary status are placed into the URM within ORR which requires they remain in state and are cared for as required by that state’s laws. Again. No chartered flights.

If I was the governor, I'd have the state police stop and search every fricking van and bus leaving any airport after 9 PM and of there were "migrants" on board, I'd have them commandeer the vehicles and drive them back to he terminal.

Yes. By the description of the facts, they were allowed to remain in the country.
One is either allowed to remain, in which case they are granted at least temporary permission to be present, or they are removed or held pending removal, in which they are not given permission to be present.
Since by the description of the facts, these migrants were allowed to remain, they are legally present.

I agree its horsehockey. But I think the biden admin is skirting it by calling all these kids "refugees" thereby they get immediate goodies, all sorts of them.
So the coyotes are guaranteed payment by refugee payments paid to the kids, then given to the coyotes....your govt is paying the coyotes to bring the illegals to the country and then taxing you again to pay for their relocation and upbringing in the |US.
