I wasn't watching anyway. Now for sure I'm not.

Shocking, a girl who’s local rapper dad was murdered isn’t the most politically and culturally educated.

Do they ever say exactly what makes the Kirk rhetoric racist? I find it fascinating that someone wanting to have a tame and intellectual conversation, racist. Like Kirk stated, this is how wars, divorce and violence happens. When we stop talking, bad things happen.
She probably watches that bovine herd on The View.

I don't think he's saying black women don't have brain processing power. I listened to most of that clip. I think he's just saying he's against hiring without qualifications and whatnot and he's specifically pointing out certain people.

Love Rohan.
I think many of us want MVB over Nuss right now.

That's what I thought I heard. The headline quote is inaccurate.

July 13, 2023 podcast.
It’s been misquoted, but the context shows that he was talking about specific black women on a specific topic.
“If we would have said three weeks ago [...] that Joy Reid and Michelle Obama and Sheila Jackson Lee and Ketanji Brown Jackson were affirmative-action picks, we would have been called racist. But now they're comin' out and they're saying it for us! They're comin' out and they're saying, "I'm only here because of affirmative action.
Yeah, we know. You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously. You had to go steal a white person's slot to go be taken somewhat seriously.” End quote.
It’s easy to see his point on face value of the words “affirmative action hire.” But, he’s also defending what he knows is a common phrase used to diminish black success, especially by whites who lack that success for one reason or another. He’s also ignoring the full text of the woman he’s directly addressing, who very clearly states that we should pursue equality of opportunity, not equality of outcomes.
That used to be a common slogan on the right, or at least before they started openly admitting that it’s always better to rig the game to your advantage. They defend “meritocracy,” but don’t practice it. Fortune favors the well connected. Ask Elon and the Orange One.
But the statement was classic Charlie. Removing points from their context and constantly moving the goalpost of the argument to keep himself from ever looking like he lost. He was also good at wearing people out by constantly hurling easily disproven statements.
I’m as pissed as anyone that he died. No one deserves that. And he deserved to have, for once in his life, an honest intellectual conversation on the merits of a policy. I’m highly critical of DEI, because I think we need to address classism than racism. But Kirk did the bidding of the higher ups. His racialized statements were a part of it, just like a lot of anti-racist DEI kumbayah is also part of keeping people from seeing what’s going on.

She’s probably not racist. Like I said, y’all are only looking at things from your point of view. Most black people had never heard of Charlie Kirk. Then after he died, social media is filled with clips of him bashing/making derogatory remarks about black people. Part of those clips was of him bashing black women. Maybe the clips were edited in a way to make him look bad but they do exist.

If our governor hadn’t brought up such a stupid idea she wouldn’t have triggered. Agree or not, she had the right to free speech as well, whether we agree or not.

Landry is a moron and she is a moron college student basketball player. Kirk didn't have any connection to LSU and Johnson likely can't point to anything specific about Kirk that is actually racist.
