Biden said as he approached Fort Myers Beach Mayor Ray Murphy after speaking to reporters:

I laughed when Peter Doocy's piece this evening pretty much started off with that audio files (bleeped, of course) then went into "but that's exactly what the OPEC+ countries seem to be doing..."

If you use the ghetto/white trash context of “fricks with” (ex: “I don’t frick with that”) where “fricks” means ‘associates/deal with’.
