Good for her and all, but her position is listed as "offensive assistant". No information on her anywhere you can find lists exactly what she does. It's a publicity stunt plain and simple. I knew she was a bull dyke the first time I saw her in that Surface Pro commercial months ago... didn't really care, knew she was a token then...
