You won't see these lunatics in this thread because they know there's no defense of things like this, but they support it anyway.

If you're stupid enough to believe that you can actually vote via text message, you shouldn't be allowed to vote anyway.
Where is the evidence? They could have thought it was just to get on a campaign mail list and show support?
Or exactly no one texted the number.
IIRC HRC tried to steal and stop Pepe. She was livid.
10 years is ludicrous. We are done-put a fork in it. Too bad many fight in the military and have died for Doug's right to post a stupid Pepe frog meme.

Says a lot about the IQ of the Clinton voter to believe that nonsense.
Yep, stupidity is what we are up against.

But the same people that posted those memes about a Trump walk free.
Appeal. This should be a landmark 1A case.

Guaranteed if he did exact same thing to Trump voters he would be on a cabinet in the Biden administration

Anyone gullible enough to believe he could vote by sending a text message should never be allowed to vote.

absolutely.

This is enraging. Normally I just laugh and carry on with my disillusionment, but this is absolutely enraging. That a prosecutor brought the case. That a judge allowed it to go to trial and that 12 Maoist hipsters care nothing for the fundamental principle of Western civilization. At this point, if another 9/11 happened in NYC, we should be cheering.

That is bullshite.
I hope he appeals.

I don’t understand the difference between what this guy did and what propagandists do.
“Freedom of speech and its democratic corollary, a free press, have tacitly expanded our Bill of Rights to include the right of persuasion. . . Any one of us through these media may influence the attitudes and actions of our fellow citizens.”
The Engineering of Consent (1947)
Edward Bernays
Don’t recall Edward Bernays being hauled into court over persuading his fellow citizens.
Maybe it’s not the same thing.
Sure seems like it, though.

Paid propagandists get millions of dollars.
What Mackey did was for free, so it was clearly illegal.

DOJ and FBI are just arms of the DNC right now. I'm pretty much rooting for economic collapse at this point. Great comment at the top of the patriots.win thread:

what bullshite is this? they should indict every media outlet propagandist that lied about Russia Gate

yeah that's it. the po po are the bad guys, the corrupt judges, DA's AG's & lawyers are all pillars in the rule of law.
did it swoosh over your head that the search rhythms set up to search and destroy political enemies on Twitter and the net, are problem number one?
or that the CIA govt. regulates and moderates twitter?
or that democrats can do no wrong making memes?

If this is OK, then we should be able to prosecute Brennan, Clapper, et. al., and the Twitter staffers who suppressed the NY Post story.
All of these people suppressed many more votes than Mackey ever did.

Is this woman going to jail?

One lesson we are quickly learning: if you are a conservative, do not live in or do business in the state of New York. Yikes.

Actually, the dems probably have people vote via text so they are sending a message loud and clear they have a patent on it.
