It's insane. Just read "black lives matter" into your SIRI and hear the response. Then read "white lives matter", it doesn't exist. The read "all lives matter" and it gives you the talking points that only black lives matter.

Political affiliation is a protected class in California. Employers may not discriminate based upon political belief or affiliation. Looks like the first issue really was a brain buster for you. Spell Rizzuto.

This discussion is absent the role of DeMarcus Cousins setup attempt against Napear which seems quite intentional and based on a long standing simmering feud between the two.

Cousins knew what Napear's answer would entail when he tweeted him the question.

Cousins is a dirt bag and abuses women. He is also my next door neighbor.

The sanity at the center of this contrived idiocracy script the neo-stalinists and anarchists are slinging at us without the first trace of reason and critical thinking.

Here’s is a screenshot from the article you posted and it reflects the line about him resigning, which you had in your original post. But you changed it and now pretend I can’t read. Can you?

At will employment mean both you and your employer can end the relationship for nearly any reason.

Nearly. But the reason for dismissal does matter. We don’t have the details of his employment contract, his company policies or whatever was written on his pink slip.

At will employment is far from absolute protection to the employer. To say his employer is absolved of any potential claim is ignorant (ignorant to the entire situation that is, not you personally).

Jesus Christ man he resigned from that job and was fired from another one. It’s all there in the OP, which does not indicate having been edited. You’re a fricking moron.

I copied and pasted the”resigned” wording from his original post. Are you saying I simply changed the wording myself. The actual article that he posted says resigned in the first paragraph. A paragraph I might add, he originally posted.
Does any of this matter in the grand scheme? No. But I don’t like the insinuation that I’m a liar and I don’t take kindly to gaslighting.

Still can’t terminate based on discrimination. Maybe this could qualify as political.

doesn't at will mean a reason can't be given. If they at all implied or said it was related to tweeting, "at will" is out the window. there are also many exceptions for at will. look at the code. I know in alabama older women are well protected.

It means it can be for any reason or no reason at all as long as it's not discrimination

Not it isn’t

Being able to tweet whatever you want is not one of them.

political.

Political parties or a particular political persuasion are not protected classes.

Discrimination generally is not the issue, an employer can discriminate based on an infinite number of things, down to the color socks you wear.

You can not discriminate on the basis of sex, religion, race, or sexual orientation but pretty much everything else is fair game.
