Name me a position the left holds that doesn’t require an authoritarian government to enforce. Didn’t use to be this way, but here we are, and I see no signs of sanity surfacing on the left.

I’m guessing you’re not old, I am. You probably haven’t had a lot of experience dealing directly with our government, I have. Not to mention dealing with other governments in other countries.

I’ve seen change in many of them, happens essentially the same way for good or ill. It will happen here, when is anyone’s guess, but it’s inevitable.

Don’t believe me? Check the history books. We’ll have to fight (yes blood will be shed) to keep it, for if we don’t we’ll have to shed blood to regain it. The latter will be much harder.
