I have the evidence that in 1976 when Feinstein was a member of the SF Board of Supervisors, she voted for legislation that she knew illegally amended a ballot measure passed by the SF voters. It is SF Ordinance #293-76.
It proves Feinstein really doesn't give a shite about what the voters want.

Where is Ellison’s accuser? Why isn’t she on every newscast, why isn’t she being invited to speak before Congress? She has far more damaging physical evidence than this woman making claims from 36 years ago. Who by the way, has zero physical evidence and zero witnesses.

How does one investigate a thirty-five-year-old claim with no physical evidence?

Actually NC Tigah, it is quite possible that DiFi sat on this in part because she DID NOT believe this “credible” accuser and knew she would look like an absolute dumbass for vouching for her.

I suspect that it’s worse. They knew she was lying. She gave more details to them initially. Maybe a house that didn’t match her story. Maybe a time that didn’t match Kavanaugh’s movements. And they knew her story would fall apart. So they told her to lose the details and to wait by the phone. There’s no chance she’ll be believed. The only chance is delaying the vote.
