Public Opinion?
The voters have spoken.
The voters have spoken.

It would take 16 libtard members of the house flipping in order to impeach a judge and that's not likely to happen
You mean Senate (to convict/remove)?

Get them exposed in a hearing they can be removed for bad behavior also. You can bet somebody is looking at this

Yes, my bad .... good catch. I had The House on the brain because of some hearings I was watching at the time.

This comes down to two questions here:
1. Do you think that 12 "anonymous" judges give the impression of bias by providing commentary to this article? If yes, this provides a clear bias and calls into question their judgements.
2. Should judges be allowed to report their opinions, or are they bound to the law? I don't care what their political affiliations are, as long as they provide their rulings based upon a strict interpretation of the law.

The lower courts don't need "guidance" - they just need to read and apply the law.

Federal judges have way too much power… no term limits, and I’m sick of that joke that they think they are Gods.

This sounds an awful lot like a threat to democracy.

If Roberts doesn't do something to stop this nonsense his legacy is going to be that the United States Judicial System crashed and burned under his watch. He has to know this, and that whispers of this have started. USSC and US Justice has functioned relatively effective for 236 years. Now it's on him to keep it so. Seems to me if he would yank knots into a few tails the activism would taper off considerably. Up to him.

THIS..Men are not perfect...but if you cant place your personal feelings aside and be fair when you put that black robe on you do not belong on the bench, and these people do not.
