Is anyone really surprised to see TDSFP wish casting for Comey?

In what way can a reasonable person interpret that as "wishcasting" for anyone/thing, let alone Comey?

He won't catch a conviction on this shite

Also won't cost him a dime.

The Dem operatives will foot the bill.

Look up the Speedy Trial Act

I'm not going to load up Pacer, but I did do several searches and nothing online says he requested a speedy trial.

He will probably be found not guilty because its hard to prove intent in a matter such as this, but I hope that this financially breaks him and that he is left bankrupt and ruined (and jailed, but that is a long shot).

Very likely, and then he will become an even bigger anti-MAGA/Trump icon and probably make a lot of money from it.

I'm not a big fan of Comey, so I don't know why I'd get that.

If SFP wrote a book about coded political terms then did 8647 and maybe even lied about not making the message himself...would a grand jury return a true bill of indictment on him?

Comeys book(s) are entered into evidence. He was pimping the book.

The by the book documents may be more troublesome for Comey in Fla.

There must be minimal amounts of evidence and no likely superseding indictments if it's that quick.

Everyone has seen the evidence. This isn't avery complicated case.

Then why did it take nine months to investigate and bring?

THIS...That TV appearance will be evidence too. If they can show he lied and made that himself and there's a decent chance they can, Mr Lanky might be in trouble.

Because lawyers. They had to work in a bunch of hither-to-wherefores, thereuntos, hereunders, and prima facies. Choosing just the right words can take 9 months or longer.

Can’t believe you have not questioned NC. Or SOL.

My question to you….since this is such a flimsy case in your opinion, would you consider this lawfare?

It has been said...The investigation and gathering of evidence took 9 months to a year.

And all they got was this defective indictment.
