Then, claim to be investigating. But, in reality, stalling for the passage of time.
Then whistleblower comes out with statements. Whistleblower is discredited. Claims of “Conspiracy Theorists “
Congress holds hearings. Witnesses lie.
Time moves on and so does the attention of “most”, who believe that it is STILL being investigated.
Rinse and repeat.

The feds took over immediately and said they'd pay for everything. They don't want insurance doing independent investigations
