So you have a fake lease with who’s signature as the landlord? A fake lease should be easily verified as fake in minutes. Arrest those fricks for breaking and entering and throw them in jail.

Can you imagine being locked out of your own property by squatters and then having to continue paying for the utilities for them until this is maybe resolved by the courts in several months or a year?
Like someone else said, I’d burn it down with them inside in the middle of the night.

That issue has to be litigated, which is why it takes so long. In places like NY and CA, eviction takes FOR-EVER.
