All I’ve seen are four screenshots of her signature, no way to tell what document she was signing or anything. It was just signatures from what I can tell.

For anyone with questions about the signatures. This is posted by the U.S. Director of Federal Housing.

She will get an Obama Judge "appointed" to say this is unconstitutional and if that fails scream RACISM.

It's what all DEI hires fall back on.

Did anyone care when Ken Paxton did the same thing? Should he be removed as well or can we drop the pretext of actually caring about mortgage fraud?

Lisa Cook is a terrible Fed Governor.

She should not have been nominated.
But she was.

She should never have been approved by the Senate.
But she was, albeit by Kamala Harris's tie breaking vote.

The mortgage fraud case is not Cook's first brush with dishonesty. She lied about papers she wrote, claiming they were peer reviewed. They weren't. Nonetheless, Dems pushed her nomination through.

Now we have a situation where Trump is trying to remove her "for cause." It is, as yet, only a case of guilt by innuendo. Guilt by innuendo is never a good thing. It wasn't good when Dems tried hard to eliminate a Presidential candidate under the same auspices. It wasn't good during the Twitter/Facebook ban era. It is not good here.

Cook's transgressions may ultimately warrant removal. However, they've not at this point, even risen to the level of DOJ charges being issued. In this country, individuals are innocent until proven guilty. Period!

If formal criminal charges were issued, effectively presented to the public, and hanging over a Fed Governor's head, one could argue that reputational damage alone might qualify as "cause." That is not where we are, at present. All we have is Bill Pulte claiming the woman committed mortgage fraud.

This is a bad move by Trump. It looks political. It is political. Which calls to question legitimacy. Meanwhile, Cook will not step down. Court's will stay her dismissal, as they should. Once the courts have the stayed case before them, Cook's dismissal will ultimately be denied until a jury finds the woman guilty of mortgage fraud.

Is that the one that lied about her qualifications? Pretty much doesn't know anything about economics?

We are so far past R vs. D.

This is now Nationalist vs. Globalists. The America First vs. New World Order Globalists.

The only reason the Fed is not cutting is to keep the economy stagnant against Trump. A rate cut is long overdue

obviously heymama has never filled out a mortgage application because it's to poor to own a home. anybody who's applied for a mortgage knows that primary residence is a big deal. buying a rental property requires a much larger down payment which apparently aunt ester could not afford.

i get it orangeman bad mean tweet future presidents yada yada yada.

i know two people both attorney's who went to federal prison for mortgage fraud both lost their law licensees both listed two properties as their primary residence.
