Sometimes you have to suspend rights for the greater good. Take quarantining, for example. You can't trust people to do the right thing all the time, so you have to force them into isolation to protect society at large. Even the Constitution allows for suspending rights for exigencies such as rebellion/insurrection.

At this point what are they going to say? Oops we fricked up? Absolutely true. No COMIRNATY production for the U.S. market has even been initiated.
The FDA approval & clinical studies by Pfizer were never required or even necessary for the program to continue as it was all handled by the DOD as bioterrorism/an act of war & subsequently implemented as "Countermeasures", & not regarded/handled as a "Public Health Emergency".

Years ago before a vaccine was injected nurses were instructed to draw back on the plunger to make sure needle was not in a vein. This was never done with the Covid vaccine so no one knows what % of injections got into veins upon injection.
