Pretty sure it's highly illegal. However, I will agree with you that there's too much cross-talk between FDA and pharma. I know a lot of the FDA directors have been ex pharma reps (I don't care for that at all).
By the way, I think 2 or 3 members of the FDA board voted against EUA approval back last year. So, we know they're not all in lock-step.

I will probably end up getting vaccinated. I’m currently not. Not because I’m scared of side effects. There’s almost zero benefit to me in getting vaccinated.

There really needs to be a mechanism for people who already had covid to get these stupid arse vaccine passports.
