This thread has gone to shite. Let's hope none of the six lie to the FBI.
I have no confidence in the FBI. I dont think anyone does.

BREAKING: It's been revealed that a nonprofit linked to George Soros is fomenting sedition within the military around the same time a "script" went out to Democrat members of Congress urging rebellion within the ranks against President Trump.
If Eric Daugherty says it, nothing will happen.

right. so be logically consistent.
What the right sees is an entire political party maintaining an overt, blanket position that Trump is a threat to democracy and deeming every executive action "illegal" - not just rhetorically, but pursuing those ends in court (approximately 300 cases). Then, leaders from that same party post a video accusing Trump of pitting the military against the American people and threatening the Constitution before stating that "unlawful orders need not be followed". Naturally, the context and implication are seditious. But the left is making the "mechanical logic" (your words, not mine) defense of this video, that they didn't technically accuse Trump of unlawful orders, so this was just a bizarre PSA of some sort and we shouldn't worry about context and implication.
OK, I'm willing to go there with you, until you start applying the context and implication standard to Trump's response. And where was all of the "mechanical logic" over Trump's J6 speech, or a number of comments (bloodbath, second amendment people, etc.)?
Either we scrutinize context and implication for all politicians or none.
Pointing out one contradiction doesn’t require me to audit every political statement ever made.
You don’t need to solve every math problem to solve the one in front of you.
The contradiction is simple:
-It is dangerous to suggest the troops can't be trusted to follow lawful orders
-the danger is that troops can't be trusted to follow lawful orders
If you want to talk to me about consistency, start by addressing that.
eta- this will be my last reply to nonresponsive posts.

The rules of mathematics never change or else we’d solve zero problems.
