Interesting. Thoughts on this being part of Mueller's probe? My thought is that it would need to be otherwise Mr. Mueller is incompetent. It goes directly to RR's communication with POTUS about Comey related to Clinton investigation.

I’m not sure this has anything to do with Mueller’s investigation. It could be in response to Grassley.

How could it not be?
RR told Trump Comey has some irregularities in HRC investigation. This (drafted statement) was one item RR told Trump about. Hillary investigation irregularities was the reason given (before Trump opened his mouth) about why Trump fired Comey. Mueller is investigating obstruction in Trump's firing of Comey.
What am I missing? He's a prosecutor. And this wouldn't be prosecutorial misconduct. But his role as special counsel isn't a traditional prosecutor's role. I don't know how it would be ethical to ignore this piece given what the role of special counsel is.
Enlighten me.

Article doesn’t say why this was released and I’m not aware of an associated FBI press release. Seems closer to the scope of what Senate Judiciary is spending their time on though.
