Anyone still defending this guy is a hack. It's common knowledge now that he lied about multiple critical issues about the virus and profited heavily. He was the highest paid Federal employee, making even more than the POTUS.

Then she could legitimately plead the 5th.
I think they should prosecute him for perjury and some kind of public records charge, and then make him use that pardon as an affirmative defense.
Then make him justify Autopen by a dementia patient and the utter absurd breadth of the pardon. Then make the alternative argument that he obviously didn’t believe it was enforceable bc he didn’t rely on it when he gave his testimony bc he took the 5th, effectively waiving his right to rely on it.

She could yeah. She also doesn’t have the funds that Fauci does for legal. She probably holds no liability but can definitely confirm a lot of faucis crimes and this evidence.
