Fat, Sloppy Texas sheriff uses Armored Vehicle to close little bar in West Odessa Tx

And the "Open Carry Patrons" in the bar? That justified the Tank on Wheels? Looks like they may have been planted there by the Sheriff. The exact same heavily armed 'patrons' were at another West Odessa sheriff's business raid.
The bar owner had called the Sheriff's office that day when people told her a Swat Team was forming up near her location. Sheriff's office said, "You'll be fine as long as nobody is armed in there."

For LEOs, "PPE" means sitting in the crows nest of an armored car pointing a rifle at business owners.
