bullshite!

Once Bradley lied on the stand and others heard him lie, they volunteered to come forward. The judge declined to hear them.

That seems to be a trend ...

Judge worked with her and has contributed to her campaign. I didn’t expect much to occur here.

The only thing that was proven by this whole charade is that she is biased, low character, compromised, etc. These things were known prior to the hearings.

Ok let me clarify. When I say "evidence", I mean documentary evidence. Testimony is of very little value to me (and many in the system).

You're combining 2 separate arguments.

You're making the argument of Patriot-types and I know you're smarter than that.

So if Trump is convicted on weak evidence because "they know the truth", we're cool with that now?

As noted previously, nearly all pro-law enforcement people/orgs in Fulton County supported Willis. She was the choice of Republicans in Fulton because the opposition was Paul Howard.

Mary Norwood is a centrist Republican but she's the heart of the Republican movement in Atlanta and was Fani's biggest backer.

They refuse to see nuance or any grey.

It's pure in/out group dynamics.

Stop with the dream scenarios. This is a loss. A predictable loss given where we are as a country. But it’s a loss. Imagining how it’s a win isn’t going to help.

This.
If they didn’t rule against Fani in a case where the bar is simply,” the appearance of impropriety” why would we expect any other miracle ruling to take place? The system is irrevocably broken and rigged. There is no justice in America.

Yikes. Did you even read the ruling? The precedent and guiding law?

Right. Geofence data, travel expenses, and documented extraordinarily high f**kbuddy payments on the state dime notwithstanding.

This case makes that obvious.

Assumptions not in evidence. That's the whole issue

No and I’m not a lawyer. But the legal scholars that I listened to said that only the appearance of impropriety was the standard used to determine if Fani and Wade should be removed from the case or at the extreme, the case dismissed. Apparently, the judge didn’t feel that this very low bar was met.

Well ... let's see.

(1) The ruling accepts their f**kbuddy relationship existed

(2) Wade's billing is a matter of public record.

Were you unaware of that?
