Yes well, from what I saw today, Mr. Wade will never be a candidate for Mensa membership. In fact, I feel quite certain he stumbled upon his law degree in a box of Cracker Jacks.

I agree with this. Fani’s constituents think she looks like a baller bad arse for paying for a trip to Belize and being rude to a bunch of white people.
The guy lawyers did a much better job with her than that godawful blonde woman lawyer who went first.
I’ve never seen a cross examination go that terribly. Plus she got down in the gutter with Fani. Fani is the female version of Kramer’s lawyer who uses all these multi syllable words in the wrong context.
The blonde lady just repeated the same question over and over, failed to properly lay a foundation for anything, said ok a bunch of times, interrupted Fani as she was self-destructing and didn’t have her exhibits organized. It caused me deep anxiety

There really is no way out of this for them. They both admit to trips that financial records indicate a sole party paid but neither side can provide evidence of reimbursement other than their testimonies that it was done in cash. No money coming out of an account, no money going into an account. Without this key piece of evidence, you have to look at the trips as gifts. Gifts in this instance have to be disclosed for a variety of reasons including his divorce proceedings. Where it really hurts her is that even if you accept their claim that the intimate relationship didn’t begin until after she hired him, she still benefited in that she accepted gift/trips after she hired him. Furthermore he claimed his contract had run out but didn’t sign a new deal until after he returned from a trip with her. It has come full circle at this point where he is financially benefiting via a new contract from the office of the woman he has been piping down.
TLDR: she benefitted from his appointment with gifts/trips and he benefited from blowin her back out with a fat new contract.

Disagree - there was never a resolution to the credit in or debit out on the cash situation nor was it properly addressed. They should’ve pressed them both on it. They didn’t bc they didn’t have a full banking record to my knowledge

I saw clips of it on Newsmax and even turned on Jesse and Ash Wed Laura to see clips.
