Um, bro. You do realize that Ketamine was approved by the FDA as a nasal spray, right? They ran randomized controlled trials and determined the evidence was sufficient to approve it. The FDA doesn't approve drugs on a whim. It's a several year process and millions of dollars. And they typically require at least TWO double blind trials before they approve anything.

However, the FDA mandated that the spray is only to be used at the doctor's office and cannot leave the premises. If this kid is taking it home or using it outside of a doctor's office then someone is breaking the law.

Finally, the ketamine dosage used in these sprays is minuscule compared to the "Special K" street drug. It is such a small dose as to be insignificant as far as psychoactive effects are concerned.

EDIT: Just watched the 5 second video clip and it's too short to tell what's even going on. Need context. Where was the kid? Why does he have ketamine? Is there a legit reason he has it? As I said, Ketamine is legal under a doctor's supervision.
