Are they from DC? The reason I aks is there be a basketball team with they coach who went into a stow and ran out with some food. Maybe these people be they fans or parents, even girlfriends, and were just hongry.

I think it makes sense to charge a table before the food is served. Everyone is more willing pay when they're hungry anyway. We have some mom and pop restaurants here in WV that still do that.

From the OP pic I figured it was a black owned biz they were screwing over. Then I see it's Yankee transplants getting a little taste of southern goodness the majority of us grew up around, and good parents taught us to avoid.
