No, it's not. It's just not worth boomer outrage at this point.

Anyone who voted for GWB or supported the War on Terror or Patriot Act should be barred from their outrage over things like this.

This is a private party anyway. I'd love to hear how you would propose regulating this act and claim to support limited government. This thread is your perfect opportunity to do so.

So, some restaurant/theater is just Googling everyone's name and profession out of thin air and putting it in their database? Doubtful.

Plus, you'll never convince me that these private companies won't share every thread of data that they have with the government with a simple e-mail request. I know the thought of being constantly surveilled by the state makes your clitoris swell, but I'm not a fan.

Easy. The government can't provide any photographs to these private companies and the government, under no circumstances, can have access to their data.

You’re not even sure what you’re posting other than “I’m smarter than you.” There’s nothing cohesive holding your persona here together.

I'm an attorney and have seen dozens of cases where a person gets a trespassing charge from Walmart for going back after they're banned. If you go to any municipal/city court in an area with a Walmart, I bet you would see a case within a few weeks if you sat in for criminal court every session.

They must not be practicing this policy in Baton Rouge.

In the “BuT iT’s a PriVatE coMpaNy” fairy tale world, Walmart could make each customer get a digital anal probe to shop of an evening.

You need to read more carefully. Her law firm is suing MSG. It's not random and they claim that this is related to the litigation.

This is certainly not the thread to make that claim whenever I've posted specifics about a variety of things related to the story and larger.

This is simply not true.

I've remained consistent for 10 to 15 years.

I know this may not apply to you but I imagine a lot of the people having faux/boomer outrage in this thread will also claim that they support limited government, but they're only solution to the problem is going to be through government and regulation

So what's your solution? Increasing government to solve the problem of government?

The government providing the means for people to be free from intrusive corporate access to people’s data isn’t self-contradictory to the idea of personal freedom.

Photo from the firm’s website?

Selectively targeted based on adverse actions against them.

As this is a private company, I’m curious as to what legal action could be taken against them.

Really? Most of the Trump supporters I know were extremely critical of Bush's wreckless implementation of the Patriot Act.

I didn't say "personal freedom" I said "limited government"

What does MSG or Walmart have to do with the government?

I've never supported the proliferation of public agencies using facial recog in public, but I was called Leftist and/or a pussy for arguing this while the "limited government conservatives" promoted a police state.

Did you support GWB? The War on Terror? The Patriot Act? Be honest with yourself.

On this board?

Who did they vote for in 2004 John Kerry?
