Hell, it turns out the one masquerading as a reporter is better at reporting than 99.9 actual reporters who are paid big bucks. I equate Liz Collin with the same expertise as Nick Shirley.

If a Progressive judge is involved, then it is everything progressive voters claim happens....
It is really a two tiered system.
Had Lemon been a MAGA voter invading a mosque, he would be under the jail today. The SAME judge would have done the right thing.

1-it’s a federal magistrate, not a state judge
2-she’s either married or somehow related to Keith Ellison
3-the judge refused to issue an arrest warrant , so they can’t arrest him
4-I’m wondering why they can’t arrest that douche in his home state

The government can still attempt to indict Lemon in front of a federal grand jury, and if the grand jury indicts, arrest him on a bench warrant. I will add I’m not sure if a judge is bound to sign a bench warrant pursuant a grand jury indictment; it’s unfathomable that they wouldn’t. . Then again, we are living in unfathomable times.
