Expect a media blitz of negative reports on convalescent plasma treatments

The media will immediately spring into action to attack convalescent plasma treatments for Covid-19. They will trot out experts who will report every negative angle possible. There will be scare tactics , claims there was not adequate trials, and allegations of political pressure to approve it.

That was my beer/weed money in college. I belonged to every plasma bank in town and would wash my fingernails with pumice to get rid of the invisible ink so i could donate almost everyday.

Wife and I did it for extra money when I was getting out of the military, but I feel ya I've spent plenty of money on weed and alcohol getting through college after getting out. Good on you though for donating

Now raising the issue of timing on the eve of the RNC convention. Claiming he is pressuring the FDA for faster approval.
MSNBC has Dr. Gupta claiming there has not been adequate data to determine the efficacy.How do you get data without using the plasma.This is not something that can be determined by long term trial and error. These patients are likely to die. They are anxious for any thing which will save their lives. .
