That label has already been claimed by the new leftists. Actually, they’re the neo-fascists, so it wouldn’t do at all for the restorationists to use fascists. It would get confusing.

The social compact is dead. The Constitution has been relegated to nothing more than a dusty piece of a paper. A nice little artifact, maybe they can break it out next time Lizzo is in DC and let her twerk with it between her fat arse.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm just interested in my side winning. I'm cool with doing what it takes to win, as long as it doesn't violate the laws of God. I don't see the need to painstakingly look for reasons we can't do something because we are so principled .

Except if you are a marxist and femenist, then you are a hero and somehow for "America". pfft.

Side note: Anybody ever think why so many females are leading the conservative message? Men are that neutered? Long term, that is a bad thing, a destructive thing. Pussy wins out because it distracts from real world problems. Women too emotional long term, men usually more objective(hunter/gatherers), but social media? Neutered men? Become weak-kneed to the poon?

The trap is the one we saw when MAGA was born - Leftists asked “when was America great?” No matter what the answer was, there was always something negative to point to like slavery, Jim Crow, child labor, pollution, etc.

That’s Marxism. Problematizing everything using the Hegelian Dialectic.

You all are seriously missing the point of the article on the necessary labels moving forward. Those two are the hallmark bedrocks of the failed conservatism of the last 50 years. They aren't concrete or specific. The time for abstractions is over.

Preach. To the left, "freedom-loving" means on demand abortion and lewd perversion in the public square. It means free drug use and abuse. It's time to stop talking about freedom and start talking about what we will not tolerate.

Gay. We don’t need to pretend like we’re something new. We need to remind everyone why we’re what works. Furthermore, the name is not the problem. The RINO misrepresentation is the problem.

I call myself the same thing today as I always have done. I’m a constitutionalist. My political beliefs are quite simple. If something aligns with the Constitution of the United States of America, I support it. If it does not align with the Constitution of the United States of America, I don’t. Period.

And before you call yourself a constitutionalist, first you must do the following:

(1) study the constitution
(2) study the men who wrote it
(3) study the circumstances around the founding of our country
(4) study the men who lead the American Revolution, the Founding Fathers
(5) study the Federalist Papers

And by study, I don’t mean anything written on any of these subjects, especially in the past 60 years. I mean go back to the Original texts, the original writings of the men who gave blood. sweat, and tears, risked and sacrificed all to give us this Constitutional Republic. But let me warn you, once you do this, your eyes will be open to just how far we’ve gone astray and how bad things are.

I'm sorry, but a vigorous and activist right wing that is not philosophically opposed to wielding power would absolutely be a new thing in America. Our very founding was an act from the left.

The German NSDAP gave National Socialism a bad name. It could be done right.

Are you referring to the term “progressive” for liberals?

This -
quote:

if conservatives want to save the country they are going to have to get used to the idea of wielding power,
does not mean this -
quote:

At some point to combat socialism, you need to embrace some fascism

That'd be a big no for me. Law and Order is what we need. Not another branch of Marxism to fix Marxism.

That would mean taking the path of the Tyrant. Even a benevolent Tyrant is still a Tyrant.

We have the Constitution, and we have Laws that assuming were equally enforced, would fix most of what ails us.

You are going to be portrayed as a fascist tyrant regardless of your methods.

It's going to take a while for some of these types to get over their Reagan/Tea Party/Hannity priors.

Dude, come on. The trains ran on time. Yay! Built the Autobahn, Yay! Let's be like them. NOOOO

Government is already too entrenched in our lives and you think Neo Socialism/Fascism would fix it?

You are conflating 2 separate terms here.

Nationalism is good for the survival of a Country and its Culture.

Socialism is always bad even in those Lily-White Scandinavian Countries that Bernie is always trying to equate to successful examples of Socialism.

Can I get my semi-auto AR or AK, load up the Jeep and go hunt in another state in those countries?

I still like what we have but it does need some repairs.

Their philosophy comes from Locke and our constitution. Liberty and property. They are wishing for a world where the government will leave them and their property alone and let them be. It's fantasy. The left has never deigned to just let people be. They will always find a new egalitarian impulse that requires them to keep fricking with you. They aren't going to leave you alone.

No, No Mr. Fed. I still believe in the US and the Constitution. If we do away with it to fix our problems, what will stop them from doing the same 20 years later when the pendulum swings back?

Are you going to stay Fascist and not follow the Bill of Rights in order to maintain your power? Not many men give up power once attained. Just remember that.

Y'all sounding like Progressive Dims, which technically are the Neo Fascists.

I know we probably agree on 90%+ of other issues but this is one I will not bend the knee on.
