I recall a historic church burned in front of the White House in 2020. I also recall leftists useful idiots stormed the fences of the White House that same summer. HUNDREDS of other riots and Federal, Local and State Government buildings burned and vandalized.

But OMG Jan 6!!! AAAGGHH!! Dimocracy and shite, bro. LOL

Why must you change the subject? Holding both groups accountable is possible....You're trying to call out selective outrage by displaying your selective outrage

No it isn't. You're comparing two different charges in two different jurisdictions, with two completely different individuals.

The Manson comparison shouldn't be made about the crimes they committed. It is applicable if you look at charging someone for directing others to break the law.

Is Charles Manson innocent of the charges against him?

There are thousands of those "mostly peaceful" Antifa/BLM acts of arson, looting, attacks on police, government buildings, people and businesses.

Did you forget?

I do recall this, yes. I don't know how in any way it's germane to the thread. It's simple selective outrage to be bent out of shape about BLM riots while closing your eyes and plugging your ears about Jan. 6. Earlier in the thread one gentleman accused BLM of smashing "most of the windows".... Taking that into consideration it's good to see some accountability taken by the far right. If "most of the windows" was BLM, that must mean "some of the windows" was the Proud Boys/MAGA...Call it what you want to anyway I digress

Imagine being so mentally handicapped like NawlinsTiger9 he is actually trying compare Tarrio’s case to Mansons case.

As anyone with an ounce of reading comprehension already knows, I wasn’t comparing the cases. I just asked a simple question that couldn’t be answered for some strange reason

What facts do you know that suggested Torres should not have been found guilty?

Who is Torres?

Most of the window smashing was done by Antifa/BLM infiltrators. There was one group that was using a pole with an American flag on it to try and break glass. A big old real MAGA stopped them.

Yup. Here's a capture of one with a flag & the other with a baton

In the same exact way Tom Robinson (To Kill A Mockingbird) was guilty.

It's a conviction for an impossible crime.

Which means it's a conviction for a thought.

Do you want to live in a country that prosecutes thought crime.

Which part of the 18 U.S. Code 2384 was violated? And how does it differ than other "occupations" and "riots"?

"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."

If this is an insurrection, has anyone been charged under 18 US Code 2383
"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."
