The POTUS cheated on his wife with a porn star, how do you expect this not to be a news story? You can try to pretend he’s some sort of victim here, but reality is that this would be a major news story for every president.
Would you have them ignore this story? If the sitting president was a democrat you would be screaming that the crooked msm is sitting on a bombshell story. Don’t pretend you wouldn’t.
He did the ruining to his marriage and young son.
I don’t care personally if he fricked 50 porn stars, but to pretend that this isn’t a story is preposterous.

I’ll say the act itself shocks no one. When you elect Donald trump, you’ve accepted this type of thing is going to pop up here and there. You can’t act shocked as a liberal but you also can’t be all that upset it’s happening as a conservative as you voted for this very moment to be a part of our national narrative. This was infinitely foreseeable.
The campaign finance is a means to an ends for some. No ones truly aghast by it but some will try to use it.
And the lying about it has gotten to simply be a “come on man....” situation, the type of which we’ve seem from him frequently. I’ll say I’m worn out by it, but again, it’s not unexpected. The voters decided this was the direction we were headed.

In fairness, there's a pretty wide gulf between saying consensual sexual activity shouldn't be a criminal offense and saying that no consensual sexual activity is newsworthy.
At which point the left is pushing to criminalize adultery like much of the right wants to return to criminalizing sodomy, your argument might stand a bit better.
