Anybody want to talk about the Johnson and Johnson vaccine with those good results out today? Since the mRNA has some people hesitant

I'll borrow this from poster crazy4lsu when he was answering this question...
quote:

From the book Gene and Cell Therapy:

quote:
[1]: (a) it contains an active substance, which
includes or consists of a recombinant nucleic
acid used in or administered to human beings
with a view to regulating, repairing, replacing,
adding, or deleting a genetic sequence; (b) its
therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic effect
relates directly to the recombinant nucleic acid
sequence it contains or to the product of the
genetic expression of this sequence. Gene therapy
medicinal products do not include vaccines
against infectious diseases
. For the US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA), gene therapy is the
administration of genetic material to modify or
manipulate the expression of a gene product or to
alter the biological properties of living cells for
therapeutic use

Hell nah, that's the one that's most linked to guillain barre syndrome. Which sucks balls, trust me. Get all paralyzed, can't scratch your own arse, hell, can't wipe your own arse for that matter. Can't change position in bed is a bad one. Can't sleep. Avoid that as hard as you can.

Probably ought not to have done that. Where are they? I can do Uber but I've had a couple or 12 cocktails.

I can tell you too since I have COVID. Take Tylenol for fever, vitamins (Zinc, Quercetin, D3 and K, and C). My symptoms lasted two days.

It certainly is about "trust". The Dem Party that is the Biden Adm., has lied and got elected on a lie, for the last decade. They open the Border to flood of Covid infected people, and you can damn well bet they are shipped into Red States.

How long will that Vax remain effective, Dr. Muntan? How many people dying from it would you consider enough to render it a danger? Did the Virus come from a CCP Lab in Wuhan? How many people die from the Flu in a bad year? How many died from the Flu last year? Do you recommend therapeutic treatment with Regneron, Hydroxy, Ivermectin, ZPac, Steroids, etc., to your patients as soon as they are infected...as these drugs are time tested and safe? And above all...did you vote for Biden? If you want to earn trust, then answer these questions truthfully, that trust in your ability to render truthful opinions can be measured.

It's like the old fable re 'the boy who cried wolf'. They lied too many times. Too late now. It's all Political...Marxism v Constitutional Principle. And honest people who are not amped with confirmation bias, know it.

Bottom line: Blame the Liars. Not the people who have been lied to, and have lost trust. Or those who are on a respirator fighting to live. The Liars own this.

Where is DNA located?
In the nucleus and in the mitochondria

Why is it important that transfected vaccine mRNA does not enter the nucleus?
It cannot alter the genetic makeup of the organism or cell.

You haven't really studied genetics have you?
I guess 2 years doesn't count?

I didn't see you in the other thread about:

I am not on the board other than this thread right now.

What’s your point? My argument for vaccines is decreasing severity. We have been knowing for a while now that vaccinated people can spread it as well

Ok so by that definition it is not "gene therapy".

I am a biologist, not a medical professional.
It is pseudo or "trick" gene therapy in my opinion because it is the introduction of mRNA which is supposed to be a direct translation of the DNA and it tricks the Ribosome into replicating a protein that "believes" came from the DNA
Similar to the way viruses hijack the Ribosome for reproduction.

Yes.

Now, if you want to get conspiratorial, the J&J and Astra Zeneca vaccines actually impact a cell's DNA.
