Not sure how true this is, but I talked with a lender last week and he said there would be no change to people with a 780 credit score or above.

Even Mr. Socialist himself, Obama, has been saying this is a "very bad idea". "....."More foreclosures inevitable". Saw a chart listing the high credit races vs low credit races & it wasn't even close, Asians were far & away at the top of the list & blacks were almost off the graph they scored so low.

You will have more people in the mortgage game that have a higher propensity to default, and a lower number of responsible people who pay their bills.
