Phuck all that , build triple, quadruple more prisons . Make them grow / raise their own food and employ more cops and prison guards . Implement stronger enforcement of laws and engage education , not all people want to go to college or should but having a trade is enriching and creates excellent pay . Kids have zero self worth and will grow up that way and so will their children
