I mean, objectively this was poorly handled and terribly executed. Literally no one seems to know what the hell is going on. That's certainly a sign of amazing leadership. There should be no issue with people simply pointing this out.

They would stroke out in a commissioned sales organization. You get a sizable deal in the works, and the VP of Sales will be up your arse wanting to know when it closes, along with every manager between you and them.

Just about every job I have ever had came with a job description detailing what my duties were and what was expected from me. It isn't too much to ask if one is caryingout what they were hired to do.

So was the email an attempt to dominate the news cycle, a super secret plan to reveal fake government employees, or as most recently described, “utterly trivial”?

The handling of the reduction of the federal workforce has been a shitshow (on purpose). I have heard from consultants from Big 4 that do this for a living that they have never seen anything like it. Imagine not writing an email dominating U.S. news. Other countries are probably asking what the hell is going on with the U.S.
