Trump willingly admitted to catching a ride to NY on Epstein's plane when his name was floated about a decade ago. Of course he's in the file, that's not the issue. IMO, Elon is trolling because he knows this and most people will infer his statement means there was more than a plane ride. See your OP for an example.

You must've missed it. Elon says he doesn't care about the subsidies and that it benefits his competition more than Tesla; but Trump said Elon wanted the subsidies, and everything Trump says is gospel, so Trump is telling the truth

As Trump had already been identified on flight logs (not the juicy ones) I don't see how he could sue. Of course we understand what Elon was hinting at, but regardless it's factually true. Trump is in the files as he was on flight logs.

Dude everyone knows he was on the list, with Clinton, Dersowitch, and most all the tech guys etc. Any big East Coast media guy can give you 90% of names off his head. Its no real secret.
