Explain your reasoning for being pro-fraud and theft?

Huh? Musk has never said he wanted to shut down ALL of the government, only the unnecessary, wasteful, and fraudulent parts of the government. THAT should be what every tax paying citizen desires. Sure, there will probably be some cuts that are too deep, thise will correct themselves. Initially, its better to cut too much than not enough.

Recovery costs three times as much as preparedness. When several of these great programs get lumped together with some of the bad ones that they are axing, and something bad happens in this country, the cost to get back to normal will be much higher than the cost of not being prepared. I'm all for an audit into a system that's never really been audited, but this entire process has been reckless and will backfire badly if they don't do it more diligently.

Trump has had 4 years to plan for this. He has already run the executive branch of the government. They came in with a framework already in place for what they wanted to do. The DOGE data is just being used to validate what they already have planned. How much longer than 4 years do you think they should take to plan more carefully?

I’m responding to YOUR response, not Elon. And the fact you think they’ve been perfect and blindly follow tells me everything I need to know about you.

Hey if he has a plan in place to fill in for some of these programs I’m all ears. But I know of several very good ones that may leave a large gap that could have very problematic effects if not addressed. The idea of a savings ticker is somewhat laughable purely from the standpoint of what the costs would be if you cut the preparedness side that helps prevent some incidents and disasters.

Hmmmm. It was pretty clear. Cut everything that isnt necessary for the government to function.
Start from there.

Yes and I’m saying there’s been very good programs cut in the midst of this. How is that so difficult to understand?

Why are you in favor of the government basically stealing your/our tax dollars and wasting it on things that weren’t voted for or even know by the citizens of this country?

Companies all across the globe take drastic financial measures in times of drastic needs.

The fact you people continue to pretend we aren't in that very situation is mind fricking blowing. Trump has less than 2 years to get some things done. That's it. It's blatantly obvious the dems plan was once trump wins jam him up in court til midterms which they'll magically win back the senate and probably the house as well. Then it's 2 years of peach mints followed by another corrupt dem president in 28.

I promise you the progressive endgame is one of 2 things. An apathetic conservative base, which is what you're going to be staring at if trump doesn't have a moderately successful 2nd term, or outright violence.

Some of these posters really aren’t capable of grasping what you’re pointing out… A sizable sum will be suffering greatly in the coming months due to the ham handed approach being implemented.

It’s the refusal or inability to think critically about anything that their team does. Both sides do it and neither can admit that they do it.

Rubber stamping every whim someone has because you voted for him doesn’t benefit America.

You voted for a couple of human cartoon characters for President and Vice-President, respectively. You live in the proverbial glass house, and should be very careful about throwing stones.

You're also the typical black female Democrat. You never met a governmental expenditure that you didn't like.

PS - Weren't you appalled when you heard that $2 BILLION in taxpayer dollars went to Stacey Abrams? I dare you to answer this question.
