If you want to see how badly he does with that, look at the disaster that is negotiating a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Obviously I'm not behind closed doors, but I recall them all being ready to start signing papers when JD blew up the deal on live TV. He should have just let Zelensky make his point, then go back behind the closed doors and lecture him, and get him to sign. That moment is going to go down in history as a potentially world-changing moment.

Exactly. The idea that this is all on Congress is idiotic.

It's not the alternative. Yes, we have a binary choice no matter how much you may want to kid yourself into thinking otherwise.

It isn’t MAGA’s fault that Congress is useless and they have accomplished absolutely nothing in essentially 4 months of “work”. I think Trump made the mistake of trusting Thune and Johnson to be able to produce a competent bill. He was wrong
Trump trashed anyone who didn't support this bill.

Thats an absolutely ridiculous attraction.
If there is nothing in MAGA that attracts you, youre just cheerleading and band wagoning.
MAGA is a economic left/socially right party that has better alternatives, yet youre hell bent on hijacking one of the parties instead of standing on merit.

Rubio and Bessent addressed that for a few days after it happened. The reason Trump and Vance lost their minds is they had already been promised twice that Z would sign that economic rights deal in Kiev and Munich. They were then told a third time that he would come to DC and sign it. This was supposed to be ceremonial. The Dems got to Z before the meeting and when he was obstinate and started talking about security terms, that's when it got ugly.

Anyone and everyone, and now we can wait for him to trash the Musker. You know it's coming.
As I write this, he's putting together the sickest, burniest of twats. He's gonna take his time, get it right and give MAGA what it craves most. shite posting.

Indeed. The coming Elon/Trump booger flicking event will be epic.

I’m certain, you are wrong as usual.
No one gives a shite what you remember.
You two are women scorned. That’s it.

It's called accepting reality, brother. I've long dissuaded myself of the notion that I will find someone who will do everything I want economically. What I want is likely much more extreme than you. That's what you don't get.
This guy is doing more than the last two republican presidents to at least shine a light on issues that matter to me. He's a very imperfect vessel. I could scream at the sky about that fact unendingly like you. What that would do, I have no freaking idea.

It’s quite the opposite. I’m actually amazed you two remember to breathe.
No one is mad at your idiocy. Remember this. Your idiocy is highly entertaining.

this is why the REpublican party keeps drifting left, because leftists' goons keep hijacking it.
The staples of conservatism... Individuality, free markets, competition, y'all have shite on.
After Trump, there is no way forward for MAGA. AOC runs with Trumps economics, many of y'all will end up parked there.

Definately a fair point.

Why's that funny?

I know it doesn't surprise me. The fecklessness of congress is even less surpiring and a much bigger problem in this regard, I believe.
