I do not Twitter. I understand that the checkmark means that you have been verified as the person you claim to be. But what is the tangible benefit of the check mark? Admission to a high-rollers club or something?
Think of it like voting:
1. Blue check means you had to show proof of identity. You may still vote for commies but you are who you say you are.
2. No blue check means votes coming in at 3am without signatures or proof of identity. How many were dead already?

Which is exactly what is needed to defeat the Nazis on the Left in 2022.

I cannot say that I follow the analogy.
Is the benefit of the blue check just that you are less likely to be some sort of troll or alter? Are other users somehow presumed to give one greater credence?

AOC’s tweet is comical, coming from a party that does everything possible to quell free speech

Hold up a minute there Hank. You come on here and discuss issues like you're a supreme court justice but now you're expecting us to believe you don't know what the blue check is for... lmao

Depends on perspective.
For leftists it supposedly signifies that they are trustworthy. They mean for you to believe that they are a reliable source of info.
Read a few and you’ll disagree.

He's such a fake, pretentious fk.....
How many Fedora's do you think he has in his closet?

If he doesn’t use twitter Hank may not know but, he’s quite capable of using google.

You can believe that or not, as you choose. If not, perhaps someone else will be polite enough to give me a primer.

Exactly.
He wants you all to think he's not into Social Media, yet he spends every waking minute on Social Media.

Hankie everyone knows your game. You're throwing out bait like you don't know something just for you to go on a 3 page argument about why the answer you were given may or may not be wrong depending on the what it's...lol

Hank (is) quite capable of using google.
I guess I just do not see any tangible benefit in that.
Ooga has arrived, so the thread will now become totally worthless. I appreciate those who tried to help.

As a terrible typist, I see benefit in that.
