I see copper and lead too. Is this a "ammo" thing? Or legit investment in physical holdings of these, and why?

If we revalue gold

Glenn Beck has been talking about this. He thinks this is going to be done because he says the up tick in gold the last little bit is from someone big buying up gold. And he thinks it's us. Says we have "what we have" valued in the high $40 range. Then at some point revalue it.

Would be interesting. With that said is GLD and GLDM the best ETF stock for gold? I have some physical, but would like to have an option to take advantage of it in the market.

Doubtful.

If every ounce was accounted for Elon has a greater net worth based on closing today.

Ammunition, yes, and it's a legit investment. More specifically, buying in bulk and loading your own.

Heck yeah, man! Thanks. Kind of why I asked to see if there were any other options. Thanks again, and good fortunes to you for passing it along!

Edit: just saw they have a silver version (PSLV) which I'm assuming is backed in the same way. Thanks again.

Seems like it would be a bad move for the US government to say there is no gold.

We've been saying this since the 70s when France wanted to cash in their US currency for gold and Nixon told them to frick off and sold the US defaulting to the public as France trying to damage the economy. He then quickly removed us from the gold standard so it couldn't happen again and we could print our way out of default.

I don’t think that picture is real. It looks like that is all double stacked pallets of gold bars. There has never been a pallet made that could hold a stack of gold that high. Feel free to correct me.

Goldfinger didn’t steal the gold. He was going to have the Chicoms make it radioactive.

Thanks. What I figured. I may or may not know/heard of people that started taking this investment approach years ago.

The price of ammunition tripled right along with gold over the same time period. Just saying...
