That is an extreme, illogical and patently incorrect conclusion that only a very tiny minority of Protestants currently hold. There exists a tiny minority of Protestants who believe that the only English translation of the Bible that is inspired by/written by The Holy Spirit is the KJV.

You must be one of those.

There's nothing wrong with the KJV, IMHO. I have nothing against it. It is what it is.

It never goes well for people who misuse scripture for an unholy purpose.

You do realize this isn’t a Christian country, right?

How many people has your family led to the faith and baptized? How many new believers are you helping to grow in their faith?

That's the key that Social Jesus Warriors miss. WE, not Caesar.

Uh I hate to break it to you but they already have with the 3000 different translations. The only true bible is the KJV.

I see your Anglican monarchist translation of 1611 and raise you my Reformed/Puritan translation of 1560.

Really appreciate yall quitting instead of standing up for whats right. I'm sure somebody will come along that cares enough about them to show them the error of their ways.

Why is your assumption that we didn't stand up and point out the errors and contradictions? Why do you assume We didn't ask for clarification and instruction? We went to the pastor and congregation and our concerns fell on deaf ears. They were very quick to tell us maybe their church wasn't a good fit for us.

Is their a quota you would like us to meet? We live our faith daily and talk about Jesus to anyone and everyone that we can. We actively seek to grow the kingdom, share His word, and live by example. How many people sitting in a church Pew every Sunday have led someone to the faith or to be baptized? Even Paul only baptized a few people. It's not about numbers. If that's your focus, great. I'm just a spreader of seeds. Jesus is the water.

Be not deceived, I heard a fantastic sermon on this passage a few years ago, by Alan Highers, a judge in Tennessee.

I favor the NKJV. But the American Standard of 1901 is a faithful translation, as well.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Elizabeth Warren doesn't understand the rest of the Bible, either.

More than zero. The Bible has a fair amount to say about believers gathering together regularly to do those things and more. It doesn’t require a building or a denomination for a preacher, but it does require certain actions and eventually results. If you haven’t added anybody to your family for regular study, growth, conversions, etc then you’re not following the biblical model.

And you know as well as I do that all Christians are hypocrites by definition, me, you and your family included. When perfection is the standard hypocrisy is an unfortunate inevitability, Just something to think about.

Any time a white libtard quotes the bible you can assume it's being incorrectly interpreted.

So I'm confused after reading that. There were 10 grooms and 10 brides. Then 5 of the brides left and missed their grooms. So did each smart bride get double penetration the day they lost their virginity? That can't be pleasant, no matter how much Stormy Daniels tells us it's great

Please point me to the chapter and verse with the required actions and results expected. I am open to correction if I am missing something.
