elections chief pushing to make universal ballot mailing permanent

And so it begins.
The top elections official in Vermont said Wednesday he is working to make universal ballot mailing permanent after the state used mail voting last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials mailed ballots to every registered voter for the state's August primary elections and November general election under a bill passed by the state's Democratic-controlled legislature. Gov. Phil Scott (R) did not support the measure, but allowed it to become law without his signature, and state Republicans unsuccessfully sued to overturn the law.
Speaking on a press call hosted by the National Vote At Home Institute, Vermont Secretary of State Jim Condos (D) said he was pushing to make last year's changes the norm going forward.
"We're working to make universal ballot mailing permanent," Condos said. LINK

This is going to happen. It won't be stopped. So... seems to me that the better thing for us to do would be to start working within the rules they've set up... step up our game... rather than whining about them changing the rules. They've changed them... courts haven't stopped them from changing them... courts aren't going to stop them from changing them... so play by them.

Do the RINO’s act concerned about this now that Trump is gone?
Or do what they do best and take it up the arse, never winning an important election again?

Won't happen in Texas under AG Ken Paxton

I want to say this is where we need to focus opposition attention but the progressive platform is so insane they’re many things we must oppose vehemently. Redistribution of wealth via climate change, 15$ minimum wage, mail in voting, defracking (sort of falls under the first umbrella), immigration, + more are all highly dangerous and need to be opposed strongly. We are having to fight a war on far too many very important fronts and without very much support from leadership. Makes me wonder if this is part of their plan. Lose one battle maybe two but win the rest because we simply can’t fight them all at once.

Permanent voter fraud and you will never see a fair election again, and fair meaning a party other than the democrats winning. A super majority will emerge in the coming years.

Cheat better and you won’t lose again

Anyone with a functioning brain could see this coming.
It's amazing how the same group that has screamed about election integrity has done more to undermine it than any other group on the planet.

He may be able to accomplish that in the state he represents.. However I think there is arguably a constitutional barrier to mandating nationwide standards for voting.

Good Point. Comply to all of their new rules.
Same as the gun legislation which will be passed within months, if not weeks. Either register everything and have all your information online for the entire world to see or pay a $75,000+ fine on the 1st offense.

I will be mail-in voting from now on in every election for Repubs.: 26,556 times each.
Play the game.

This will be permanent nationally. Republicans need to learn how to deal with it.

Well...it was a success.
Had the dems lost, we would see countless court cases, and they would all run their course instead of being rejected without presenting arguments

Because the unspoken reality is that the GOP has sucked for some time, but there were enough Democrats that were too lazy to go vote on election day, that a few Republicans snuck through
Now they've made voting as easy as ever, the "silent majority" is no longer a majority at all

Mail-in voting is paper ballot voting with a much longer, sketchier chain of custody.
