Either Obama was incompetent or agreed with Trump .... which is it my socialist friends?

Look, it's really simple. Obama declared a national emergency in 2011. His words were:
In 2016, after Trump was elected, congress passed a law and Obama signed it in dec 2016, a month before he was out of office.
Congress and Obama knew Trump ran on a Wall border. That law:
authorized the secretary of defense to support the “construction of roads and fences and installation of lighting to block drug smuggling corridors across international boundaries of the United States.”
So was he incompetent and signed something he should not have, or did he agree with Trump?

No... he didnt. That was for the millitary to assist in the building of.
But the point is that Obama signed the law that allowed the 2.5 billion Trump is using.
Either he agree with Trump or he was incompetent to sign it.

For anyone not familiar with the JJDoc m.o., the first (quoted) paragraph is totally unrelated to the remainder of his OP.
The quote related to a 2011 Declaration of Emergency for targeted sanctions against four specific criminal gangs. (Like 90% of the declarations under the NEA, it SHOULD have been handled through the legislative process).
The remainder of the post relates to non-emergency military logistical support for non-military law enforcement anti-drug efforts.

You are such a dumb arse. Seriously. As you can clearly see, I stated in the UNEDITED Op that it was from 2011. Its like you cant read.
It does relate to it. It's his words in releasing his NE on cartels and what we are up against.
It shows he felt it a national emergency. I then showed that Obama signed a law on his way out that allowed for funds to be used for a wall.
So it is 100% related
