Read the editorial by the jurist. The jury ruled properly on the evidence they were allowed to consider.
The video shows Zarate pick up an item wrapped in cloth and it immediately discharges upon his handling of it. It was not intentional or reckless. He didn't even know it was a gun until it discharged. Just a homeless dude checking out something he found laying under a bench.

All of that is incorrect. But thanks for clarifying that you value the rights of illegal immigrant criminals over the lives of law- abiding citizens. In fact , I’d almost be willing to write you a check for screaming your Progressive Fundamentalist POV to anybody within earshot because it ensures the much- needed societal correction.
